Nothing seemed too much trouble

Picture
We used Phoenix SW services for my sister who has Down’s Syndrome and it opened her life up in immeasurable ways. Her team were loyal and hard-working and Tom went out of his way to ensure everything ran smoothly. Nothing seemed too much trouble and no matter how difficult things were, he always cheerfully suggested solutions. We are eternally grateful for his help and support

Phoenix were always there providing me with excellent support

Picture
I employ my own staff because I want to know who it is I am letting into my own home. For me, its important I select the right people, and being the employer I can say when, where and what my personal assistants do for me.
I’ve also found that my staff stay with me for longer than they did when I used a care agency. Then, I often didn’t know who to expect from day to day but now I can develop good working relationships with people who really understand my needs.
Despite all these plusses, I originally thought that taking on my own staff sounded complicated, but with  Phoenix were always there providing me with excellent support, my responsibilities are easy to manage.
