Phoenix Care is an independent care and support provider working across Bath and the surrounding areas. We support adults aged 18 and over with a wide range of needs, helping people to live independently, safely and with dignity in their own homes and communities.

Our approach is person-centred and relationship-focused. We believe good support is built on trust, consistency and understanding each person as an individual — not simply completing tasks. We aim to provide support that is flexible, respectful and tailored to the goals, routines and preferences of the people we work with.

Our team supports people with a variety of physical health needs, disabilities, mental health challenges, neurodiversity and age-related conditions. Support may include practical assistance at home, accessing the community, promoting independence, building confidence and providing companionship.
